esata seagate drive getting verify dmi pool data pls help
Hi,
i have decided to try to wire up my seagate 320gb freeagent using the esata connection. i have an sata - esata pci card and use one of the two sata connections on my motherboard , the other being used for my main hard drive. when i boot with it plugged in it sticks on verifying dmi pool data, i have tried to assign it as a slave in bios but it doesn't seem to see the freeagent there, the hard drive works when if i plug in after boot, but i can't leave it plugged in. any help to get this sorted would be very much appreciated, thanks |
