Confused Recovering HD Partion

While I was resizing(maxzimizing) my C (root) drive using partion Magic 8.0 ,my computer turned off due to power failure.
After few minutes I turned on my computer ,then D partion is disappeared from computer. Then I opened Partion Magic & try to do same thing again, but my D drive's file system is PqRP.All the data in that partion is lost.
My question is how to repair my HD. HD model is Maxtor 6E040L0 & I'm running Windows XP platform.
I attached a jpg(in .rar file format) file, that enhance your Understandability about my problem.

Thank you
