my important videos got earsed while windowsxp installation please help to recover it

please help me to recover my video files which I lost when I did windowsxp installation for my sony vaio laptop, using recovery kit. ashwini |

Try using a file recovery program. There's many commercial ones out there. You can also try photorec, which is freeware. Here's a thread on how to use photorec:
Have you "lost" a hard drive, partition or files in your computer? And just pray you haven't overwritten too much of the data. |
