Buffalo 1TB external - I can I partition it?

I want to have a NTFS and FAT32 partition on this, is it possible? If so, how can I do it?

I would guess you go into disk management and partition the drive,
I see no reason why you cant partition one partition into fat32, and
the other in ntfs, and vice versa...may have to use something like
partiton magic, but im fairly sure disk management will do it...
