moved files to ext. hard drive can't boot system now
oops. I didn a bad thing. I moved some files from my c: drive to my new external hard drive and now I can't boot the system. I get NTLDR is missing, also file sbp2port.sys is corrupte.
I have a dell dimension 8200 with a wbook external drive running windows xp home. as you can tell I'm not too savvy to have done this in the first place. when booting I can get f2 set up and f12 boot menue. I think I can get to a ms dos and would need to move files from G: to C: or a system restore but I don't know how to do this. help |
