Lost wedding pictures

Greetings,

My wedding photographer has assured me that he has lost our pictures. He may have overwritten them on his digital camera.

What steps can I take, if any, to recover these pics?

Thanks!

Re: Lost wedding pictures

Put the stick in a pc and browse it. If there not there then there gone.

You might get better help in the hardrive section of the forum.

Re: Lost wedding pictures

The best you can do is getting the media and run photorec on it.
Here's a thread on how to use photorec here:
Have you "lost" a hard drive, partition or files in your computer?
I hope you recover at least some of the pictures.
