WDC 2500jb and smart check

hi guys. quite a whiel ago i got alerted to the fact that this hd was failing. i backed up all my data etc abnd put it away. i decided to pull it back out and im using it again.
seems the reason it "claimed" it was failing was due to spin p speed. ive been running a few hd diag progs and i cant find anythign wrong with it. although the spin up speed is still labled as failing. however i recently looked up a prog named speed fan and they give an in depth analysis. this is what it says.

im even more confused. hdd stats arent really my strong point. let me know what you think.

and if possibele how can i "double check" it. ive used this and the wd prog off them. and for some reason DFT doesnt even see it heh.
also is there a way to reset the smart data so i cna see if the proble occurs again?
