Hard Disk Failure
When hard disk fails how to know that where the error lies?
Failure like: Hard disk fitness test fails and is not giving any address or location of error but the OS is successfully been installed. |

You need to download and run the manufacturer's diagnostic utility. That can assist you and many times repair errors.
