Multiple Hardrive Failures.
Hello all,
My brothers computer has three hard drives installed all have work for two years fine, until this past month. The HDD he stores his games on stopped responding, and about 2 weeks later the second Data storage HDD started to act strange(very slow read/write speeds) after a day or so the computer would not boot with the HDD hooked up. Now his main HDD is making a strange clicking sound when seeking/reading. On top of that the external HDD he bough to back up got knocked off the desk by a guest and is toast. What luck... I've got no clue what could be making all three HDD's fail in a row. Any help would be appreciated, I can give you any information you need on the system and HDD's upon request. Would a dxdiag file suffice? |
