Multiple Raid 1 Arrays
Hey,
I am setting up a FTP for my work. They are very concerned with backup and data redundancy. I sujested that we use a Raid 1 set up in our machine. This will be a 3 TB machine so, my plan was to get 6, 1TB SATA drives, and set each pair of them up in a Raid 1 Array. I just wanted to be sure that you can set up multiple arrays with most RAID controllers. So my question is, Can you set up multiple RAID 1 Arrays within a single system? Thanks, David |
