Dell Dimension 8200 not booting up

I am unable to boot my Dell Dimension 8200 PC. When I turn it on I get the prompt " Strike F1 to retry boot, F2 for setup utility. If I press F1 I hear a beep and then I just keep getting the same message over and over again.

If I press F2 it will bring me to the set up utility, but I don't know what I can do from there to try and boot.

I am thinking that my hard drive may be fried?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Do you see your HDD in BIOS???

I had the same problem and the keyboard was bad
