Western Digital MyBook RMA Shipping
Is anyone experienced in RMAing the Western Digital RMA? Do I use the box that the Mybook was originally packaged in? The green box? Or do I have to buy a new box and shipping material? If so, where should I go to buy this? Sorry, never done this before and I'm anxious. Also, any other suggestions and tips such as RMA number, delivery company, etc.? (I Live in LA and I have to mail to Irvine.
Edit: I was referring to this page: http://websupport.wdc.com/warranty/p...y&rnd=08181879, while this page for external hard drive is confusing: http://support.wdc.com/warranty/rmapacking.asp. Would I have to a new box and foam? I started the RMA today, and that would cost me another week to get everything together if so. Thanks. Last edited by rarafondon; 07-28-2008 at 10:40 PM. |
