Hard Drive help plz

Hi . this is my first time on this forum . so i need to be able get into my 200gb backup/slave drive , but my pc is telling me to format it.
is there any way i can use it without erasing any of the files? if you guys now how to get it to the hard with software or anything please post it.

ok ill try yours , but i dont have another drive at the moment

See if you can mount the drive with FindAndMount.

that program cant find any visible poritions. i used all three of the search methods but nothing.
