windows isnt reconizing full gbs

i built my new system today :Dyey lol
and i got a 250 gb sata hdd
and its only showing 130 any ideas how to get it to show full :D

Uh... Did you partition it yourself or are you using it out-of-the-box?

im using it outa box yes brand new partition wat u mean by that sorry i av dislexcia dnno wat that means :(
