Using large gb hds

Ok i got a few 320gb satas and i recently had to reformat and I forgot what you must do to access the full capacity of them. I know you must go to disk management but after that I am not sure. I have installed windows with a slipstreamed xp sp2 cd

How much do you see now? 127? 137?

on my first 100gb which i partitioned it into 100 and 220 and the second one isnt visible under my computer only under disk management

Did you format the second partition?
