This seems like a really wierd thing to do but i want something,a program to create bad sectors on a old harddrive. I have a program that is suppose to fix bad sectors and i want to see how well it works

Re: Create Bad sectors
Bad sectors are physical errors on the HDD - not corrupted files.
They can't be created or cured by software, though some programs (e.g. chkdsk) can mark them so Windows won't use those sectors. |
