Can't extract HD from shell
I have a Dell Inspiron 5000 whose HD has gone belly up.
I removed the drive assembly from the computer but there is a black plastic lip that is covering 2 of the 4 screws that hold the HD in its shell. I tried gently prying the lid off. It moves just so far and stops. I'm afraid to force it. Any suggestions? Thanks. |
