My HDD's sata port connected snapped..HELPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!

lol, but my hdd sata port on my hdd (where u connect the cable to the hdd) coz when i put it in it doesnt clik no more and to make it work i had to hold it in extremely hard and stiky tape it....my computer has been working ever since, but ive been scared to open my comp incase it comes off again...i was just wondering whether, it is possible to replace the bracket on the bak of my harddrive so it stays.....

see the bit that keeps the cable in that place snapped and it wont stay there anymore.....ever since i sticky taped it my comp is working great but theres onyl 1 problem.....my computer doesnt work the first time i start it...it opens and it rites acer in a twisted way and loads all the way up to the windows vista screen and freezes....then after i close it and restart it,,,it works like a charm......

im not sure if this is becoz of the hdd,,but i was just here to ask for help and if it is possible to replace the bit at the bak of the hdd like in the picture so the cable fits perfectly again...

You can resolder the SATA data connector if you have the donor part from another SATA PCB. The entire board is removable. Search "PCB swap" for procedures how to remove a board. If you are referring a chassis part failure, that would be extremely difficult and you do not want to attempt that if the drive is operable.
