Question harddrive help

Hello everyone,

Im currently working on a Acer Aspire E700 running MS MCE , I have a SATA HDD Westurn Digital WD2500js , Everytime i boot up computer goes though POST and loads BIOS fine then brings me to the Windows Advanced Options Menu. Any option I pick in there the PC reboots , i have tryed safemode , last known good everyone the PC reboot without any bsod nothing just reboots.

I have tryed booting with MS cd. Cd boots goes trough startup process and then i get to the screen where it says "windows is starting up" BSOD Stop 0x0000007B,

I have researched this issues on MS pages and etc. So I installed a floopy in the computer went to the westurn digital home page got tools for the hard drive , I tryed with the floopy software and burning the iso. on a disk , but my luck none will boot with the floopy i get " cannot load DOS " and with the CD it boots, but just before the software would come up it stays in black screen I get nothing.

-Memory test successfuly no errors
-Put harddrive in other computer booted fine no problem
-tryed 2 diff. windows cds

Its allmost like the computer not picking up the harddrive I looked up for drivers , no luck on finding any , maybe not looking the right place but anyway

Anyone got ideals?
