RAW drive
currently running windows xp on a gaming machine. Lots of processor, ram, and hard drive space. Im running a game on a slave drive with 2
partitions. 120 gig is set for game, and rest is for updates. I went to retrive an update from the dirve and discovered than the drive was RAW. Is there anything i can do to retrive this drive. |

Re: RAW drive
Run diagnostic tools from the HDD manufacturer.
Also - TestDisk again: A. At the first window, select “No Log” and press the <Enter> key. B. Select which drive to analyse, choose “Proceed” and <Enter>. C. Select partition type – Intel if it’s a PC then <Enter>. D. Choose Advanced > press <Enter>. E. Choose Boot > press <Enter>. New screen - please post back with a screenshot. How to post a screenshot. |
