Confused Re: HDD Not recognised

I have followed all the prompts regarding code 10. It says a driver is installed, I have tried to update and it says this one is ok, I get the little yellow icon when I check in disc manager and as I said followed all the possable links and trouble shooting but come back to the same point all the time.I have also tried different usb ports. All my flash drives work fine.

Question Re: HDD Not recognised

Sorry to be a pain, when I expand the Universal serial bus controller I get
1 x Standard enhanced PCI to USB host controller
4 x USB root hub
3 x Via rev 5 or later USB universa host controller
Do I just uninstall the "USB Root hub"
