[SOLVED] Sata & Sata 2

Hi!

I need a new HD and I was thinkig something like Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 320GB SATA II. My mobo is Asus A8N Sli Deluxe and it has ports for SATA. Question is can I put SATA II HD into SATA port or do I need a new mobo for SATA II? And whats the actual difference between SATA II and SATA?

Thank you in advance!

Re: Sata & Sata 2

The board you have supports Sata II, so that is not an issue.
