Installing a laptop hard drive into a hard drive enclosure
Hello,
I have a seagate internal hard drive from my 2005 Compaq Persario Laptop which died. I want to access the data so I was told to simply purchase a hard drive enclosure, which I did, however, I am having difficultly installing the hard drive into the enclosure. It is an IDE enclosure. I need help. Thanks. |

You need an adapter to convert the drive from the laptop configuration to ide or you can get a laptop external enclosure.
