Used WIPEDRIVE on a "Media Center" Hard disk

I am working with an HP Media Center hd0000. I used WipeDrive to remove all the files that were "hidden" and such. However, I am guessing it removed FAT32 as well.

Whenever I used to plug in the hard drive, it would show up in MY COMPUTER and I could store files. Now, whenever I plug it in, nothing shows up, except a little icon saying SAFELY REMOVE HARDWARE.

Please help! Using Vista.

nothing is supposed to show up----you destroyed all files on it when you wiped it

those files are gone forever--there is no way to undo a wipe
