Tell us also what make/model is your HDD [maybe it is better to provide us with full specs of your PC].

Could be problem that the hard drive is failing. I recommend going to the manufacturer's website of the HD and downloading the diagnostics utility. Then put the program onto a CD, boot the computer to it, and then test the HD for any errors.
If the program detects errors then the hard drive is going bad and I recommend backing up all of the information. |
