hi guys,

find the topic interesting, by the way i have four sata sockets on my m/board, i have one sata hdd and two dvd burners,is there any paticular order these drives have to be connected or can they be connected in any order ?

Sounds like the new drive has become the first HDD in BIOS boot priority.
See if you can change that in BIOS.
