I lost my motherboard cd
Hi i got problem with my computer i lost my cd of the mother board and i cant install it
can somoene help me find the motherboard cd the mother board name is P4M890-8237 Thx exp :D Its Very importan that i get it today becouse im at a friend house and i formated his computer and now i cant go back home becouse he need the computer today for his work |

That's a Biostar motherboard. Go to this mfg's support site at: http://www.biostar-usa.com/downloadmain.asp Use the drop down lists to pick our MB model from the socket type. From there you should be able to download BIOS, drivers, manuals, etc. for that motherboard. - John |

FYI - in the future, even if you HAVE the original drivers/software CD or diskette(s) that comes with hardware (printers, video cards, motherboards, cameras, etc..) - ALWAYS go to the MFG's website and download the latest drivers and updates specific to the version of Windows you're using. Sometimes that stuff sits on store shelves for a long time - so the drivers are often outdated by the time you but it. If you can't find the URL to the mfg's website, Google the MFG's name and model of the device you own. Glad to help. - John PS - going to post the to the thread as well. |
