maxtor 6G160E0 help with vista install
hi there i have a prob with the above named hard drive have tried several times to update from windows xp sp 2 to windows vista home premium.i have rang microsoft and they have told me that i need to update my hard drive and reconfigure it to be able to install vista. the thing is when i go to do an update of vista it starts fine but then comes to a blue screen saying something about a virus i have spoken to them about this but they said its cos my hard drive is a raid hard drive so it needs to be recon b4 it can be installed i have no idea how to do this and any help would be appreciated. thx
