OS: windows xp media center edition 2002 SP2

Woke up this morning to hardware problems
last night i found my Riva tuner cannot isolate my second GPU i cant play any games or videos so i decided to upgrade or download new drivers. I powered off my case this morning to get SNs when i powered it back on i get "Reboot and select proper Boot device" when i do as it says it keeps going to that screen.
