"error loading os"

It all stated after I started unplugging things from my psu to see if I could get it to work with my 3870x2. When I unplugged my storage hd it came up with "Eror loading os" at boot and so I entered data lifegaurd tools and found that my xp drive did not have a bootable mbr but my storage drive did. My xp mbr is on my storage drive and I would like to know how to move the mbr to the right drive.
