XP Won't boot with HDD Plugged in

I am using XP SP2

When I plug my 320 GB WD SATA II drive in the PC will not load past Mup.sys

The HDD is still working as I have used it with an External Case. The cables are working as I have used them in my 1TB Seagate.

Any advice?

PC Specs.

Q6600 at 3.16Ghz
2x1GB Crucial Ballistix PC 8500 RAM
Asus P5K-E
150 GB WD Raptor with my OS and Games
320GB WD Caviar (This is the problem)
1TB Seagate (With nothing as it is new.

Cheers
Rhys

Make sure that when you plug in the HD, go into the bios and make sure that the 150GB is the "1" HD, not the "2".
