Transferring iTunes music from old Hard drives
My old computer died, and I was able to get a new one. Now I'm trying to transfer the data from the old hard drive onto my new computer using an external hard drive enclosure. On my old hard drive, I had about 9 GB of iTunes music. After transferring the files to my new computer, I only have about 6 GB. I'm just wondering where the rest of my music went, if I can retrieve it, and how.
I have identified some of the music that is missing, and I have searched the hard drive for it, but it doesn't show up. I would appreciate any help, but please make comments easy to understand - I am a far cry from a computer genius. Thank you in advance for any ideas or help that you can offer. |

Re: Transferring iTunes music from old Hard drives
Hi, welcome to TSF.
![]() Try retrieving the files with: Recuva Roadkil's Unstoppable Copier GetDataBack Never save the recovered files to the same drive you are retrieving them from. |
