[SOLVED] Bsod....vista :[

So i have vista ultimate with:

-Seagate 320 gig. SATA HDD

-Ultra Xconnect PSU which is 500W

-2 gigs of dual US Modular 533mhz DDR2 RAM

-7900GTS GFX card

-ECS nForce 570 SLIT-A motherboard

I made it about a year ago and it's been great for gaming and i kepp at least 70 gigs or music on that computer. Until about last night, i haven't ever gotten a Blue Screen of Death. But i got one that says:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

(some suggestions on what to do)

*** STOP 0x000000D1 (0x00000000, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

If anyone could help me out as to what the heck this is... that would be great

Re: Bsod....vista :[

Hi, welcome to TSF.

You (most likely) have a bad driver in your system.
Have you installed new hardware lately?

Any more info in the error message? Some times it points at the bad driver.

Re: Bsod....vista :[

Well i figured it out, but thanks for the help. I had recently installed AVG and i uninstalled that, but that didn't do much. But then i took out my wireless card and it worked just as well as it did before. I moved it one PCI slot down and now it's okay... so do you think this was a Motherboard error? (and there were no other errors?)

Re: Bsod....vista :[

Probably an IRQ conflict, that you solved by using another PCI slot.
I'm glad you got it fixed.
