Copying one Hard drive to a new hard drive

I have a dell notebook, I am trying to copy my exsisting drive to the new drive,OS and all.... Any idea?

are you replacing the drive in the notebook? does the notebook have one or two drives?

I am replacing the drive, 60GB to 80GB. I want to put the OS and all datta from 60GB to 80GB
