Seagate external hd unrecognizable for mac

Hey, guys. I'm having a problem with my external hard drive, which is a Seagate. I used it for the longest time on my windows pc, but I recently switched to a mac laptop and now when I plug it into the USB port, my mac tells me it's an unrecognizable filesystem.

I've searched other sites, but I can't seem to find an answer that will work. Any idea on how I can fix this?
