[SOLVED] help needed desperatly! removable driver changed name from F: to H: (see ins

i have an external hardrive which when i put in was on the F: drive. I installed a number of programes onto this hardrive including itunes. It has now changed its name to H: which now means that none of the programes are recognised.

I really need help, any suggestions will be grateful!!
