Defragmenting a Hard Drive
I am trying to defrag my external and internal hard drive. When I do I have a bunch of files that cannot be defragmented.
Operating System: Windows Vista Home Premium Edition Antivirus: Symantec Client Security I have no virus (ran a complete virus with udates from 26 JAN 08. I am using Ultimate Disk Defragmenter to do defrag the HDD. When I click on one of the clusters that cannot be defrag it shows me what and where the file is located. Most of the non-defragged files is located in my system volume information folder, and all the folders start with RP then a number. I want to free up room but these files are taking up about 2 gig's of space. I need help! |
