Hi,
Welcome to TSF
Try this link:
http://www.hitachigst.com/hdd/support/download.htm
Drive fitness test is what you are looking for (I think)
Also, Have you run An Antivirus and Spyware program?
What is the make and model of this PC?
How much memory are you using?
You may need to do this:

But we will checkout the basics first.
Thanks,
Bill

Re: Hdd Health Is Bad

I updated software & everthing I could think of, run Malware & Adware everyday & also defragged, but seems to get worse.....?
I'm running on a Microstar Intel with 1024RAM.

I'll try out the malware removal help & see how it goes.

regards,

muaausa
