[SOLVED] Hard Drive is stuck at 32GB
Ok, I have read numerous postings over the internet and I cannot solve this issue. I have switched jumpers, updated the bios, updated the SP on XP, and I am still stuck at 32gb. Under Properties-the Volumes tab reads a capacity of 117797MB 85557MB unallocated and at the bottom it reads a capacity of 32240MB. I have it as NTFS, partition style is MBR. The bios even reads it as 120gb HD. It is a Hitachi Ultra ATA. It was installed a few years back when I built the computer and just thought they shipped the wrong drive and, ashamedly, accepted it. But after messing around with the system recently I saw the actual capacity and set out to fix it. Please help.
