P5B -Deluxe Sata Bootrom Mia?

Firstly...let me apologise if I am dual posting this problem...but I've been thro the posts and cant find any references to my problem.

Firstly...my specs

P5B Deluxe
C2D E6600@stock
2 Gig Geil PC2 6400
2x Raptor X 150 Gig
Gainward 8800gtx@stock
Antec 700w Psu
Bios version....latest...just flashed it
Xp Pro

Problem....not able to set up Raid 0
Enabled "RAID" in the Bios....and should then get the drop down to enable the Intel sata Bootrom....here's the problem....that option has done a runner and probably married my ex-wife(so god knows where it is!!)

So when I save and exit I then get the message

Auto-Detecting AHCI Port 0.

and hangs...only way round is to disconnect hd's and reboot into bios and set back to IDE.So I cannot even get to the stage to set up my array(cnrl+i)

Ive googled this prob and seems to be out there...but I could really do with a knowledgable answer please
