I need some help here if possible!!!!
I own a Dell XPS and recently it crashed and when I restarted it, it could not recognize either of the 2 SATA hard drives nor any drives to be more exact. I called Dell and the had me run the usual stuff and then resort to disconnecting the drives and their power supplies. That worked and I was able to get it up and running. They said it wouldn't happen again or it shouldn't which I immediately took as it will happen again and one week later I was right. This time they couldn't help and simply said the array went bad and the my data was all gone....Sorry!.....4k computer that is only a year and a half old. Don't I feel like you know what. Is there any hope to get my data back and the drives up and running?? I thank anyone in advance for their time in helping.. |
