help
. my computer had problems with spyware. i got it taken care of had to go ms config to take back control of my computer. and now i dont have any hardware like my drivers my device manger is clean can anybody help what shell i do tell me please

I hate to say this, but spyware is bad news, and usually requires a format and reinstall to make things run right again.
That said, you can attempt to reinstall drivers without formatting. This will mess with windows a little, and some settings might get lost. It also has the potential to mess with your registry ever so slightly. The catch? Either way, you will likely have to reinstall software afterwards, so contact your software vendors and handle whatever you need for a reinstall first. Most vendors are pretty understanding especially if you had spyware problems. |
