recovering data after formatting
anybody HELP... How can I recover my files after formatting my computer and installing new OS. I don't have any idea why my files on my drive D were lost after I format my drive C and install a new OS. This was what happened, my laptop was attacked by a virus and I reformat it thinking that it will solve the problem. But after I formatted by drive C I looked for an the anti virus installer saved in my drive D but then I can't find all the files in the drive..It seems that I formatted my drive D instead. It looks that my Drive C files were transferred to my Drive D deleting all the files in the drive.. And heres one more, I have 2 OS now running on my laptop.. You know, it's my first time to format my laptop..
Can anybody help me what to do? The virus is still there... ![]()
