My mom installed purchased and installed an extension and patch to her game. Both came from the game company. After install the extension to her game didn't show up in-game so she clicked the install file again. It continuously ran and the process was eventually stopped by logging off. Since that when you go to add/remove programs it continuously says wait while the list is being populated and nothing ever comes up. I tried to deal with these problems by doing a system restore with no success (it deleted/moved the install files off the desktop). now my slave drive won't work when I click to access it My Computer says (after a long wait) that the drive is not formatted. When I set it up as a master drive in my other computer now it simply displays a black screen and never boots. Any help to let me use my hhd again would be great...oh yeah, and my mom's game
