HDD not appearing
I have just installed a new motherboard, a Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R. I cannot get my second HDD (the one without XP on it) to be accessible in My Computer.
It appears in the Device Manager, saying it's working properly, it's enabled, and there's not a more recent driver for it, but the HDD does not appear in My Computer. Any help with this would be much appreciated! |

Re: HDD not appearing
go into the admin tools in the control panel, look in computer management and then disk management, from there your drive should be listed and you can format it and it will then show up in "my computer" and be usable.
In short, you need to format the drive for it to be shown and usable
