Laptop HDD loses 56 gigs
Okay, I don't know many specifics here [sorry, folks] but all I know is a friend of mine has an HP Pavilion Somethingorother [fairly new] with an 80-gigabyte hard drive. Apparently, he turned it on and now he only has 24 gigabytes. He hasn't [or he claims he hasn't] dropped it, but I haven't actually SEEN the thing yet. I THINK he's running Vista, by the way... [yes, it came with Vista] but I'm open to any suggestions that might fix his problem.
