saegate external hardrive frozed

hello every one. my problem started with a wireless router i used windows xp wireless setup in control panel pressed the wrong button it used my external hardrive as aflashdriverit was supposed to delete after i used it but the flash drive did not delete it self and now im blocked out of my hardrive.when iuse my hardrive my xphome does not reconise it,trys to boot it in as a flashdrive,(pcmcia adapters//cirrus logic pcic compatable) somthing to do microsoft? pls some one help.. ps hardrive month old

Have you tried to system restore back before this?
