I recently built a new computer and wasn't able to set up a RAID1 array like I wanted to. So I just loaded winxp on my first drive (2x 320 gb Sata HDD's) and set the other drive as G & H. The 2 drives are formatted and partitioned. My OS is on disk 1 C:. Disk 1 is C: 30gb and F: 290gb. Disk 2 is G: 30gb and H: 290 gb. I recently used Acronis true image 10 and cloned Disk 1 onto disk 2, but I do not think I did this correctly as there is 15gb used on my c drive and now after cloning there is only 6 gb put onto h drive. Anyways, can I setup a RAID1 now, or is it too late? Can i RAID partitions or do you have to RAID the whole disk? for example could I RAID drive F and H? if i do RAID the whole disks will I loose all data stored there like my OS?:
