Was just checking in my Device Manager and it appears that I have a yellow exclamation mark next to RAID Controller.

Any ideas?

My System

Double click on it and the properties may show you what the conflict is. More than likely it is missing the drivers for it.

If you have system specs we may be able to locate them for you.

It says the following:

"The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall Driver."

tried reinstall but it cannot locate the drivers.

What spec do you need? I'm very capable but lacking the relevant knowledge, not worked in IT for a couple years!

Unfortunately I bought my PC through a custom build website (www.pcspecialist.co.uk I believe) and didn't receieve a single disk!

Is there anywhere on my computer I can look to obtain the info?

check what m/b you have in it and then look at the makers download page for the manual and the drivers
this will usually give you the information on what is in the computer
