SATA WD CAv

I have a sata drive, western digital, w/ legacy power support as well as the sata power support. I have all drivers installed, sata cable and molex 4pin power connector on. Doesnt recognize drive at all. WD utilities do not recognize, system does not recognize. ???

On the back there is a jumper put it on pins 5&6 this will change the speed of the drive from 3.0 to 1.5, if your system is not capable of 3.0 speeds the drive has to be set to 1.5
